Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Order Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited delivery. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.
  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
  5. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only ship within Bangalore. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and certain remote areas.


Return Policy:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
  2. Live Plant Guarantee: We take great care to ensure that our plants are healthy and well-packaged for shipping. However, if your live plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We will guide you on how to revive your plant or provide a replacement if necessary.
  3. Return Authorization: Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping: We do not support self-return. So, what if the product doesn't meet your satisfaction? If it's a plant, feel free to contact us within 48 hours. For non-plant products, reach out within 7 days from the delivery day. Our vendor will arrange a pickup, and we'll either send a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment source.
  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on live plants once they have been accepted in good condition. Additionally, personalised or customised items cannot be returned.
